Grateful for the Clients We Serve

2022 Came With Many New and Unique Creative Projects

Digital Media for Many New Clients

As a small digital agency, AMS Digital is grateful for the many unique businesses and nonprofit clients we serve. On a regular basis we maintain over 50 websites, manage social accounts for more than two dozen clients, and regularly contribute content to video platforms for well over 60 accounts. This past year AMS also added several new clients across numerous industries, providing them with a wide variety of services. New websites and social media services were provided to several clients, including a large commercial contractor, a healthcare influencer / physician coach, marine-based businesses, a regional party rental business, a new plumbing company, and more.

Our work included fresh new websites that accurately reflected their unique business practices and products, plus additional services such as professionally written blogs and consistent social media management to enhance their online presence and overall credibility. All of this was enhanced by the use of video, of course.

Testimonial videos — such as this one for Dawn Ellison, MD — are a powerful marketing tool on social media.

Video is Still King

Photos, graphics, and copy for digital media is our primary endeavor, but videos distributed online are used by all of our most successful clients. If a picture is worth a thousand words, a video is worth ten thousand. Effective communicators get this and rely on AMS Digital frequently. This is especially true with nonprofits.

This was the twelfth year we have created and managed digital media for Lake Region Arts Council. We also added a couple new nonprofit accounts for whom we are creating lots of video content: Humane Society of Otter Tail County is using video for its capital campaign, and Sustainable Farming Association of Minnesota uses short form videos (2 minutes or less) to promote its programs and long form videos (10 minutes of more) to educate its members.

Significant Long-Form Projects

In 2022 AMS Digital created over 120 short and long form video projects. During the last twelve months a few long-form video projects stand out; some have aired on public programming.

The wildflowers of Montana was the subject of this half-hour television program.

May Your Life Be Like a Wildflower

Last Spring AMS Digital produced a video originally intended as a virtual presentation to the Montana Native Plant Society. This half-hour video received so many accolades from its original viewers, it went on to be aired on at least two Montana television stations. You can watch the video here.

Pat Ellingson

Ellingson Plumbing

In celebration of Ellingson’s 40th anniversary, we filmed and produced a video using 18 interviews. Both present and past employees and the company founders detailed the humble beginnings of their company and the rich history of the town in which it originated, punctuated with humorous and poignant personal stories.

Brandon Auditorium

Chosen by the Brandon History Center, AMS Digital created a half-hour documentary detailing the WPA legacy of the Brandon Auditorium. It has since been shared online, seen by the public in a live premier event, and will air on television in the near future.

Looking to an exciting year ahead

AMS Digital has some exciting new projects coming in 2023. A high tech venture providing Tier III data centers across the upper midwest, and a capital campaign for a prominent regional arts nonprofit are just two exciting video projects currently in the works. As always, we look forward to continued work with our established clients, too.

From our team at AMS Digital to you, here’s to a happy new year full of possibilities and success!
